2ND day of Dieting

Today I cooked fried Spaghetti

& fried chicken

But

I ate 1 bowl of fried spaghetti & half of chicken wing

Drank Magnolia Yogurt Strawberry Smoothies

After awhile around 1 hour or so

I ate green apple which i cut into 24 pieces

& ate it one by one slowly

That was 2 hours ago

Now, 3.47pm

I am eating green apple again

Left 4 pieces which mean i ate 20 small pieces of it

hmm.. whats more should i write?

I think that's all

Shall write again soon

Hey.. hay...

Today start pretty well

Start the day with Oat meal

Later, green apple

Green apple again

I use computer earlier on.

Then i decided to make cupcakes

Chocolate cupcake & chocolate rice cupcakes

At first I don't have any temptation towards it

But later i ate each

& i chocked on it

Its not that i ate it quickly

Coz i have not drink any water not even a sip

Eating oat meal doesn't make me thirsty

& eating green apple doesn't make me thirsty too

So ya..

Imagined that

How funny I look on my face as i was chocking

Ha ha

Not only that

I ate rice with ayam masak merah

2 small portions

To me, a bit still OK

Tomorrow I'll try my best to eat less

Any comments? Anyone?

I stated that my weight is 116.9kg

I'm not shy to tell you people out there about my weight

Basically, I want to make a change about my weight

Thankful that i have no diseases

Yes I am grateful

I will be turning 21 in less than 1 month

I don't mind getting criticisms from people

Maybe I get used to it

By me getting myself better

It doesn't mean that i want to get a bf or get married or something like that

What ever it is

I want to change for myself

What a tiring day!

Full of plans.

Woke up early in the morning around 9am

To buy my lil' bro school books

Of cos not me alone

With my lil' sister and brother

After buying school books

We proceeded to Sun Plaza

Went to NTUC to buy some stuff

Then,

went to Ananas at Sembawang Mrt to buy breakfast

& some delicacies at Sembawang interchange

Finally get to go home.

Eat, rest, then get ready to meet Fyda & Norma

On my way

At City Hall mrt head towards Pasir Ris,

24 December 2008 at 2.30pm

Fyda already inside the train

I was on the phone with her

& hello the cabin was packed OK

Its not that it was empty till the seat are not occupied

There this Chinese non courteous couple

or should i say the husband

Wearing long sleeves blue & dark blue strips

While his wife, white non sleeve holding plastic bag

being very rudely said directly to me

"This girl hor on the phone don't know how to move in AR!"

I did move

I stand behind a girl in the middle of the cabin

Its not very nice standing there

I have a very big size body

But my butt facing people face that sitting down

It was so not nice

It was like you stretch your hand could touch my butt..

I did turned around to look at him

but he looked away

Instead his wife look at me with a smile

Why is he so rude!.

He could say the simple 2 words

"Excuse me."

Its is so simple..

So simple that a small kid could say that word!

Sadly, an educated saying that sentence!

We drop at the same station that is Eunos station

While waiting for Norma we ate at KFC.

Walk around the with both of them.

Then proceed to Changi Airport

To meet my family there

As my uncle with his family going to Kuala Lumpur taking SQ

The flight at 10 pm

Before meeting my families we ate at Popeyes at Terminal 3.

But around 9pm

Norma & Fyda headed back home

I stay on with my families

My sister bought Popeyes again at Terminal 1.

We sit around while waiting for the flight.

Singing..

Talking about my friends whom they knew

Talk about their friends

A lot of stuff

& as usual something do happen

I don't care who you are

I talk to you nicely you shout at me

I didn't do wrong you scold me

& backing your precious nephew
