2ND day of Dieting
Today I cooked fried Spaghetti
& fried chicken
But
I ate 1 bowl of fried spaghetti & half of chicken wing
Drank Magnolia Yogurt Strawberry Smoothies
After awhile around 1 hour or so
I ate green apple which i cut into 24 pieces
& ate it one by one slowly
That was 2 hours ago
Now, 3.47pm
I am eating green apple again
Left 4 pieces which mean i ate 20 small pieces of it
hmm.. whats more should i write?
I think that's all
Shall write again soon
