Fried Rice Anchovies



Ingredients:
  • 2 lengs of rice ( 1 part water to 2 parts of rice)
  • Handful of Anchovies ( fried & drain )
  • 4 eggs ( beat lightly in a bowl)
  • salt & sugar to taste
Pound mixture:
  • 1 onion
  • 4 garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of dried shrimp (soak in water)
  • 10 to 15 anchovies (wash thoroughly to remove the saltiness)
  • 10 or more dried chillies (soak in boiling water)
Method:
  1. Cook rice & let it cool.
  2. Saute the pound mixture until its oil resurface
  3. Add eggs. Let it cook for awhile.
  4. Add sugar & salt to taste (not too many salt as the fried anchovies is salty).
  5. Lastly, add the rice and stir until all the ingredients bind well.
  6. Serve with fried anchovies.
