Chicken Porridge



Recipe:
Ingredients:
  • 200gram/ 2 lengs white rice
  • 2 litre water
  • 1 bird (removes skin & debone)
  • 2 handfuls of Chinese parsley & spring onion(optional)
  • 2 tablespoon of sesame oil (put more if u like)
  • salt & pepper to taste
That have to pound:
  • 4 onions
  • 4 garlic
  • 1 inc/thumb size ginger
Method:
  1. Wash rice thoroughly & add water.
  2. Bring it to boil add in pound mixture.
  3. Cut chicken meat into small pieces.
  4. Put into pot with the bone.
  5. Wait until the rice cooked add in sesame oil and seasoning.
  6. Add water if its too dry.
  7. You may want to add the herbs in the pot or garnish.(optional)
  8. Serve with sprinkle of sesame oil and herbs.(optional)

You have to put some sesame oil if not the taste will be different.
