Spicy Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 10 potatoes, peel & cut into any shapes you want to, deep fry
- 1 to 2 handfulls of anchovies, fry till crips
- 2 onion, slice
- 2 red chillies, cut into small pieces-deseed it if you want to or put chilli padi
- 4 teaspoon of chilli powder (put more if you want it more spicy)
- salt & sugar to taste
Method:
- Saute onion and chillies.
- add in chili powder, stir for awhile.
- salt to taste.
- add in all the fried potatoes & anchovies & stir well.
- Turn of the flame and add in sugar to taste.
