Luscious Pasta
Ingredients:
Although it's low in saturated fat, canola oil is very high in healthy unsaturated fats. It's an excellent source of the omega-6 fatty acid, linoleic acid, and it is higher in the omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) than any other oil commonly used. These fats are particularly important in the diet because the human body can't produce them.
Ingredients:
- Any choice of pasta(braise & drain)
- 1/2 kilogram of minced chicken or mutton
- 8 garlic (smash)
- 10 tomatoes ( cut into quarters)
- Salt, sugar & white pepper to taste
- 6 Garlic
- 4 Onions
- 1 handful of dried chillies (soaked & drain)
*May use less dried chillies or substitute it with tomato paste.
Method:- In a pot, add canola oil & garlic. Fry till fragrant.
- Add minced meat. Fry till the meat cooked.
- Add tomatoes. Fry till it turn soft.
- Add pound mixture.
- Wait till all the mixture cooked then add salt, sugar & pepper to taste.
- Cooked it at a low medium heat.
- Turn off the heat when the sauce thickening.
