Spicy Dill Grill

Chicken
Potatoes


Recipe:
1 bird (1100 gram)
8 potatoes cut into halves
Ingredients that are to be pound:
  • 6 Garlic,
  • 4 Onions,
  • Half thumb of Ginger,
  • 1 handful of Dried Chillies (soaked & drain)
Ingredients that are to be mix into pound mixture:
  • 1 tablespoon dill powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon salt
Method
  1. Rub mixture into chicken & under skin & onto potatoes.
  2. Cover oven tray with aluminium foil. (for easy cleaning)
  3. Place potatoes around the tray. (Leave the middle for oil from chicken to drip)
  4. Place chicken on the metal skewer and place it into the oven griller.
  5. Grill at 220 degree Celsius for 1 hour or more depending on your oven.

Dill powder can be find in cold storage.
