Sweet & Spicy Potatoes & Eggs

Ingredients:

12 Eggs, boiled, peel & fry
12 Potatoes , cut into any shapes you want and fry
Salt & sugar to taste
2 Onions, thinly slice
1 bowl of tamarind juice

Need to be pound:

5 Onions
10 Garlic
1 bowl/handful dried chilli

Methods:

Saute onions.
Add in pound mixture & fry till fragrant.
Add in salt, sugar & tamarind juice, bring it to boil.
Lastly add in potatoes & egg (the egg you can substitute with chicken)

Spicy Gizzard (hempedal)

Ingredients:

300gm Gizzard (hempedal), you may substitute it with other inner part of chicken
4 teaspoon chilli powder, put more if you want it to be spicy
1 teaspoon cumin seed
4 of lime juice
Salt & sugar to taste
2 grated garlic

Method:

Combine all ingredients & marinate for at most 30 minutes.
You may deep fry, pan fry or grill.

Spicy Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 to 2 handfulls of anchovies, fry till crips
2 onion, slice
2 red chillies, cut into small pieces-deseed it if you want to or put chilli padi
4 teaspoon of chilli powder (put more if you want it more spicy)
salt & sugar to taste

Method:

Saute onion and chillies.
add in chili powder, stir for awhile.
salt to taste.
add in all the fried potatoes & anchovies & stir well.
Turn of the flame and add in sugar to taste.

Spiced Macaroni

Ingredients:

Macaroni, spaghetti or any choice of pasta , boil..
2 bottles Tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon of Italian Spice
1 teaspoon of Mexican Oregano
sugar, salt & pepper to taste
200g of minced meat / chicken
4 cloves of garlic, minced
8 fresh tomatoes cut into quarter each.
2 to 4 Carrots , diced

Need to be pound:

4 Onions
1 handfull of Garlic
8 fresh tomatoes

Methods:

Saute minced garlic, diced carot & cut tomatoes.
Add minced meat & fry till meat tender.
Add pound mixture & fry for awhile.
Add in Tomato ketchup, Italian spiced, oregano, sugar, salt & pepper.

Muesli Raisins Biscuits

Ingredients:

To be whisk:

250 gram Canola or Canola Light Buttercup
2 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar (add more if you want it to be sweet, but the raisins is sweet)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

In a bowl:

10 tablespoons Instant Oatmeal
25 tablespoons plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup or 100 gram Raisins ( put more if you want to)
6 packets of Cowhead Muesli (any kind of muesli)

Methods:

Whisk all ingredients that need to be whisk until the sugar half dissolve.
Add in all the ingredients in the bowl bit by bit.
Shape it into any shape you want to.
Bake it ad 130 degree Celsius for 30 minutes or depending on your oven.

You may not want to add too much sugar & raisins.
(other than than what i have stated.
As the raisins contain sugar.
It will be too sweet to eat.
For this recipe i used Sunmaid California Raisins.
I like to mix the Cowhead Muesli.
3 by 3 or 2 by 2 packets
It can be easily found at your nearest supermarket.

Benefits of Raisins

Overall, raisins help with eyesight, oral hygiene and they act as antioxidants. Raisins are sweet and great tasting and promote good health.

Yum Potatoes

Ingredients:

6 potatoes (cut into small pieces & fry or boil & cut into small pieces, with or without skin)
6 eggs (lightly beaten)
1 onions (thinly slice)
6 sausages(cut into small pieces, optional)
salt for seasoning.
Chillies (thinly slice)
Chili padi (optional if you want it spicy, fry with onions)

Method:

Add 1 tablespoon of canola or olive oil or normal cooking oil.
Saute onions.
Add sausages & potatoes.
Fry for awhile till the sausages cooked.
Add salt to eggs.
Pour the eggs on top of the potatoes and sausages.
Turn the fire to low medium heat.
Let it cook for awhile. (careful not to let the eggs burn)
When the eggs cooked, turn the fire to medium high.
Stir it well & serve.
It can be eaten with rice or by itself with chilli sauce.

Is meat good or bad for us?

It's the best natural source of iron and protein - but it has also been linked to cancer. Maxine Frith investigates the pros and cons.

The benefits of red meat...

Zinc
Children and teenagers, particularly girls, have been found to be deficient in zinc - half of all girls in their teens do not have healthy levels of the mineral.

Some research has shown that having red meat less than twice a week can result in zinc deficiencies. Zinc is particularly important for healthy skin and a healthy immune system. During the winter months in particular a good supply may help prevent colds and other infections.

While other foods such as oysters, milk and lentils contain zinc, red meat is the most efficient way of getting it into your body.

Iron
Red meat is an essential source of iron - lean beef has 2.7mg of iron per 100g - and is vital to good health, as well as preventing conditions such as anaemia. Up to a quarter of menstruating women are thought to be deficient in iron. Meat contains more iron than most foods, and it is more easily utilised by the body than from vegetable sources.

Elderly people, pregnant women, children and those recovering from surgery could all benefit from increased iron intake. Iron helps to generate red blood cells, which carries oxygen from the lungs to the tissues and carbon dioxide back to the lungs. Red meat is also a good source of other vitamins and minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and selenium.

Protein
Red meat is a major source of protein, which is needed for muscle and organ health. The protein found in meat is "complete", meaning that it contains all the amino acids that the body cannot make on its own. It is essential for the body's repair and renewal as well as general health.

Weight loss
Australian scientists have found that people who ate a diet high in protein, based on lean red meat, as well as fruit and vegetables, lost 25 per cent more weight over a fixed period of time than those who ate a low protein, carbohydrate-rich diet that contained the same amount of calories and fat.

The scientists concluded that some people might be more successful in losing weight on a high-protein diet because they felt less hungry and could go without food for longer. Those on the high-protein diet also saw levels of their "bad" cholesterol drop.

B vitamins
Red meat is one of the best sources for these vitamins, which are found only in animal foods, and which help to maintain nerve cells and normal blood formation.

It's natural
This is a controversial argument, but some experts have said that humans are in fact natural meat-eaters - and that to totally eliminate such a big food-group from our diets could be unhealthy. There is a theory that our guts contain bacteria that help us to digest meat, and that not to eat meat could mean that the bacteria are lying idle, so making it easier for diseases to flourish.

Pork, lamb and beef: what's in your meat
Cancer-causing, artery-clogging and brain-damaging? Or a rich source of essential vitamins and minerals that we can't do without? The debate over red meat and its impact on health continues to rage, and it hit the headlines again last week when a study suggested that a high intake could double a woman's chances of developing breast cancer.

So what is the truth about red meat? In essence, it all comes down to the type of red meat you are talking about - and how you are eating it.

* The three official red meats are pork, lamb and beef. Pork is the leanest, lamb the fattiest and beef the most nutritious.

* Beef has 2.7mg of iron per 100g, and 4.1mg of zinc. A large proportion of the population, particularly teenage girls and women, are deficient in both minerals.

* Pork and lamb also contain zinc and iron, but not in the same quantities.

* Red meat is high in saturated fats and "bad" cholesterol, which can lead to clogged arteries and heart disease.

* But lean beef is actually fairly healthy; it will provide you with essential vitamins and minerals, but it will not have a high fat content.

* The British Dietetic Association says that up to 90g of lean red meat a day (equivalent to a portion of bolognese) is acceptable.

* But the Food Standards Agency (FSA) points out that different cuts of meat will have very different nutritional contents.

A lean pork leg joint will contain around 5.5g of fat per 100g, of which 1.9g will be saturated fat; compare that with a grilled joint of pork belly, which has 23.4g of fat, of which 8.2g will be saturated.

* A lean rump steak, grilled, has 5.9g of fat per 100g, of which 2.5g is saturated.
But the same cut of beef, not trimmed of its fat, and fried instead of grilled has 12.7g of fat, of which 4.9g is saturated.

The fat content of mince will vary widely, so the advice is always to look at the label and go for the leanest versions.

The FSA recommends that you also look at the meat itself; the more white you can see, the more fat it will contain.

* Some of the concerns that exist about red meat in America do not apply here; for instance, the US still allows animals to be fed growth hormones (a potential risk factor in cancer), but the practice has been outlawed by the European Union for some years now. The things to avoid are processed meats - these will contain far more additives and fat than a simple cut of beef, pork or lamb.

* And, while red meat can have real health benefits, it is important that the food is treated simply as one part of an overall balanced diet. For example, it is a poor source of fibre, which aids digestion; other foods are required to provide that.

...and the risks

Bowel cancer
A pan-European study of nutrition and cancer found that people who ate more than two 80g portions of red meat a week were 30 per cent more likely to develop bowel cancer than those who ate less than one portion.

Scientists are still unsure why there is an increased risk, but there is a theory that the compounds haemoglobin and myoglobin, found in red meat, trigger a process called nitrosation in the gut which in turn leads to the formation of cancer-causing compounds.

Processed meats such as sausages may also be risky because the cooking process can create carcinogenic compounds called heterocyclic amines.

Alzheimer's disease
Research has shown that a Mediterranean diet - low in red meat but rich in plant foods and fish - can reduce the chances of developing Alzheimer's by up to two-thirds.

Again, there is no firm theory on this. Researchers University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) suggested last month that red meat could be linked to a build-up of iron in the brain, causing the opposite effect of antioxidants; in effect, the brain rusts. The researchers suggest it may also explain why more men develop Alzheimer's, as men eat more red meat than women.

Bones
Too much red meat can have an adverse effect on bone health. The digestive process of protein leaves acid residues in the body that need to be neutralised with alkalising minerals - and these may be taken from the bones, leading to a higher risk of osteoporosis and other conditions. While green, leafy vegetables are high in calcium, red meat has a low level and can cause excess acid to form, creating bone problems for the future.

Arthritis
Eating red meat every day could double your risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis. Scientists believe that collagen, found in red meat, may trigger an immune system response, which may also affect the joints.
Additives contained in processed meats may also play a part in the increased rate of the disease.

Cholesterol
Red meat is one of the first foods that doctors advise patients to stop eating if they are at risk of heart disease, because it contains high levels of dietary cholesterol.
A build-up of cholesterol in the arteries can eventually stop blood flow and trigger heart attacks.
However, it depends on the type of meat you are eating; lean red meat is relatively healthy - it is the fatty chops and burgers that are more risky.
Red meat is also high in saturated fat, which has been linked to a range of cardiovascular problems, including high blood pressure.

Food poisoning
The Food Standards Agency has launched an investigation into the safety of red meat after research suggested that beef, lamb and pork are the cause of one in six outbreaks of food poisoning. Experts are to test samples to find out the amount of bacteria in them, although the problems are more likely to be linked to poor hygiene in the home than to standards at abattoirs.

Breast cancer
A study from the Harvard Medical School last week suggested that eating more than 100g of red meat a day could double the risk of a woman developing breast cancer. The risk was associated with young women who had not yet gone through the menopause. Experts said the increased risk may be down to the cancer-causing compounds created by cooking meat, or by excess iron levels.

However, the study was among women in the US, where animals are given growth hormones that are banned in the EU; British experts say that women here may not be at such risk.

High blood pressure is a serious burden on the vascular system and is known to cause heart disease, stroke, and other cardiovascular diseases. Green tea is known for lowering blood pressure.

Lowers Blood Sugar
Green teas given to diabetes patients cause a decrease in the blood glucose levels. Green Tea has the capability of lowering blood sugar. The sugars and carbohydrates in our food are digested mainly in the duodenum, where it is converted to glucose and then absorbed into the blood stream.

The agent that regulates the intake of blood sugar into tissues is insulin. Diabetes is characterized by lack of insulin or not the body not using insulin properly, which does not allow proper absorption of glucose into tissues and leads to a high blood sugar level that must eventually be excreted into urine. If this high concentration of blood sugar continues for a long period, it will affect the vascular system and cause serious diseases including arteriosclerosis and retinal hemorrhages.

Suppresses Aging
Oxygen plays a key role in metabolism, but can also be an unhealthful agent. As a free radical, oxygen in the body can corrode cell membranes, which will damage DNA and the fats. This then leads to diseases such as cancer, cardio-vascular disease and diabetes. Lipid peroxide created by fats combined with oxygen tends to build up in the body and create aging.
Consumption of antioxidants such as vitamins E and C promises longer life, and we already know that green teas are rich in those two vitamins.

Green Tea drinkers appear to enjoy better health.
Catechin is 100 times more potent than vitamin C and 25 times more potent than vitamin E.
Green Tea drinkers have half the risk of fatal heart attacks. Compounds in the tea called flavonoids stop blood platelets from forming clots, much like aspirin does.

Fried Rice Anchovies

Ingredients:

2 lengs of rice ( 1 part water to 2 parts of rice)
Handful of Anchovies ( fried & drain )
4 eggs ( beat lightly in a bowl)
salt & sugar to taste

Pound mixture:

1 onion
4 garlic
1 tablespoon of dried shrimp (soak in water)
10 to 15 anchovies (wash thoroughly to remove the saltiness)
10 or more dried chillies (soak in boiling water)

Method:

Cook rice & let it cool.
Saute the pound mixture until its oil resurface
Add eggs. Let it cook for awhile.
Add sugar & salt to taste (not too many salt as the fried anchovies is salty).
Lastly, add the rice and stir until all the ingredients bind well.
Serve with fried anchovies.

Chicken Porridge

Recipe:

Ingredients:

200gram/ 2 lengs white rice
2 litre water
1 bird (removes skin & debone)
2 handfuls of Chinese parsley & spring onion(optional)
2 tablespoon of sesame oil (put more if u like)
salt & pepper to taste

That have to pound:

4 onions
4 garlic
1 inc/thumb size ginger

Method:

Wash rice thoroughly & add water.
Bring it to boil add in pound mixture.
Cut chicken meat into small pieces.
Put into pot with the bone.
Wait until the rice cooked add in sesame oil and seasoning.
Add water if its too dry.
You may want to add the herbs in the pot or garnish.(optional)
Serve with sprinkle of sesame oil and herbs.(optional)

You have to put some sesame oil if not the taste will be different.

Savory Chicken

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of Garam Masalah

Grill it for 1 hour at 190 degree celcius or depending on your oven..

Luscious Pasta

Ingredients:

Any choice of pasta(braise & drain)
1/2 kilogram of minced chicken or mutton
8 garlic (smash)
10 tomatoes ( cut into quarters)
Salt, sugar & white pepper to taste

Ingredients that are to be pound:

6 Garlic
4 Onions
1 handful of dried chillies (soaked & drain)

*May use less dried chillies or substitute it with tomato paste.

Method:

In a pot, add canola oil & garlic. Fry till fragrant.
Add minced meat. Fry till the meat cooked.
Add tomatoes. Fry till it turn soft.
Add pound mixture.
Wait till all the mixture cooked then add salt, sugar & pepper to taste.
Cooked it at a low medium heat.
Turn off the heat when the sauce thickening.

*If you prefer the sauce not to be thick you may add boiling water.

O' Biscuit

Ingredients:

500 gram Canola Original Buttercup
110 gram brown sugar
5 tablespoons condensed milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
5 tablespoons plain floor
1 packet/ 400 gram of instant oatmeal.

*for variation add mixed fruit.

Method:

Mixed Canola Original Buttercup, brown sugar, condensed milk, vanilla essence & egg into a Mixture.
In a bowl, add baking powder , baking soda, plain flour & instant oatmeal. Mixed thoroughly.
Add mixture spoonful by spoonful into the Mixture.
Baked at 160 degree Celsius for 30 minutes.

Benefits of Oatmeal

If you are suffering with constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, hemorrhoids or with some life threatening problems like colon cancer and coronary heart disease then chances are that the culprit is low fibre diet. It has been proved scientifically that a fibre rich diet helps in lowering cholesterol. It has been confirmed that high fibre diet also helps in cases of diabetes, obesity and cancer. Oats are highly nutritious and filled with cholesterol fighting soluble fibre. Like other grains oats do not lose their nutrients even after being hulled and processed.

Spicy Dill Grill

Chicken

Potatoes

Recipe:

1 bird (1100 gram)

8 potatoes cut into halves

Ingredients that are to be pound:

6 Garlic,
4 Onions,
Half thumb of Ginger,
1 handful of Dried Chillies (soaked & drain)

Ingredients that are to be mix into pound mixture:

1 tablespoon dill powder
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon salt

Method

Rub mixture into chicken & under skin & onto potatoes.
Cover oven tray with aluminium foil. (for easy cleaning)
Place potatoes around the tray. (Leave the middle for oil from chicken to drip)
Place chicken on the metal skewer and place it into the oven griller.
Grill at 220 degree Celsius for 1 hour or more depending on your oven.

WHAT IS EVENING PRIMROSE OIL?

Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) is extracted from the seeds of

the Onagraceae family of plants which are native to North

and South America. In most species the flowers are yellow

and open in the evening hence the name "Evening Primrose Oil".

Its health benefits have been known for centuries. The roots have

a peppery flavour and can be eaten like a vegetable. The shoots

can be eaten as a salad. The whole plant has been used to treat

various medical conditions. It is believed to provide a wide range

of healing powers. The mature seeds contain approximately

7-10% gamma-linolenic acid, a rare essential fatty acid.

Evening primrose oil also supplies another fatty acid, known as

-linolenic acid (GLA), which is an Omega 6 essential fatty acid.

These polyunsaturated fats are good fats, unlike the saturated

fats that contribute to heart disease.

Went to visit Rizqi Nehan, my 2ND nephew.

He broke his hand & in cast.

But he is so active.

If people didn't notice his hand..

People would see him as an active boy..

Over at their place

We ate seafood noodles

It taste so nice & delicious..

Later, my sis & I went to Causeway Point to buy some stuff..

She bought burger lunch box at Minitoons..

Went around to look for polo-t for myself

None of it that i like

So, i forget about it.

Proceeded to cold storage to bought some biscuits

To McDonald to buy ice cream.

The queue at bus interchange waiting for bus was quiet long.

We were heading to my auntie's house.

Mom , step dad & bie had gone there earlier..

I thought that my auntie was alone.

As my mom told me that she was alone at home.

I guess her children just came back home.

Over there i use the exercise machine.

4 pounds was so heavy for my hands & legs to lift up.

But still it was quiet okay

To overcome the boredness i had

Both of us went to Vista Point.

We walk there as we talk along the way

She wanted to trim her hair

But in the end her hair was cut a lil short as she had splits-end

She was like 'What! What! OMG!'

E!HUB & MARINA SQUARE

Abah fetch Norma at home & sent both of us to E!Hub..

Walk around like nonsense like that.

Don't know what to do..

End up at the same place.

Most of the shop close due to Chinese new year.

Later we decide to go to marina square..

We inform fyda to meet us there..

While Fyda & Zul went to visit Chinese new year.

At Marina Square we went to Watson.

There are lots of sales..

Especially buy 10 get 1 free..

Norma & I bought chocolates 5 each.

Get 1 free..

Wohooo...........

Hmm..

I think I want to go to Watson again to buy chocolates.

While waiting for them to arrive, we went to KFC to have our breakfast + lunch.

While i was queueing to order, fyda called to inform us that she was on her way with Zul.

We continued to eat while waiting for both of them.

As they had KFC too at Zul's fren's house..

When were about to finish our plate then they arrive.

Norma & I told them about the sale going on at the Watson.

They quickly went there to buy the chocolates.

But shortly after they came back.

Saying that they couldn't find the chocolate section.

Then I accompany them to Watson again.

While Norma waiting outside of the Watson.

After that while walking.

Suddenly, a person gave me a bump on my shoulder.

Yesterday was officially mark that i'm 21.
So, I went t o CPF building at Tampines to register. I was informed by the person-in-charge that i have to wait for letter from them around May or June or July. That is quiet long time to wait.

Later, meet Zai for breakfast at McDonald's beside the CPF building. After breakfasting we proceed to school as usual. Took the Accounting class test & straight to our destination.

Norma was waiting for me to finish test at level 2 business block. Actually, from my class i was able to see her.. hehe.. After meeting her, Zai, Norma & me walk together to the bustop near our school compound. We took bus no. 12 to Pasir Ris, Whitesand. While waiting for Fyda, we walk around the mall & bought donuts for later.

Upon fyda arrives we straight went to E!Hub. Dani(Zai bf) & sis, was waiting for us at the Bowling Alley.

Upon arrive, we book two game each for 4 of us at lane no. 29. But Dani & sis was in another lane.. I'm not sure in what lane they are.

After the fun, happy, excited & wonderful game, we ate the donuts(half dozen). We eat as we walk to KFC to have our dinner. After dinner, we went to stand outside yogurt place, as it was freezing inside. Then Dani came to pick Zai up and sent her back home.

While Fyda, Norma & me went to sit outside Burger King & chit chat till 8pm.. 3 of us walk to Whitesand & back home.

My tears flows out non stop. Aiyah.. Its not that i'm sad... It was the moment of joy.. hhee..Adk bought me a blouse & bie bought me a badge cum magnet that stated 21 today.. hehe... Time do pass very fast.
It has been 21 years since i lived on this beautifull earth.

2ND day of Dieting

Today I cooked fried Spaghetti

& fried chicken

But

I ate 1 bowl of fried spaghetti & half of chicken wing

Drank Magnolia Yogurt Strawberry Smoothies

After awhile around 1 hour or so

I ate green apple which i cut into 24 pieces

& ate it one by one slowly

That was 2 hours ago

Now, 3.47pm

I am eating green apple again

Left 4 pieces which mean i ate 20 small pieces of it

hmm.. whats more should i write?

I think that's all

Then i decided to make cupcakes

At first I don't have any temptation towards it

But later i ate each

& i chocked on it

Its not that i ate it quickly

Coz i have not drink any water not even a sip

Eating oat meal doesn't make me thirsty

& eating green apple doesn't make me thirsty too

What a tiring day!

Full of plans.

Woke up early in the morning around 9am

To buy my lil' bro school books

Of cos not me alone

With my lil' sister and brother

After buying school books

We proceeded to Sun Plaza

Went to NTUC to buy some stuff

Then,

went to Ananas at Sembawang Mrt to buy breakfast

& some delicacies at Sembawang interchange

Finally get to go home.

Eat, rest, then get ready to meet Fyda & Norma

On my way

At City Hall mrt head towards Pasir Ris,

Fyda already inside the train

I was on the phone with her

& hello the cabin was packed OK

Its not that it was empty till the seat are not occupied

There this Chinese non courteous couple

While his wife, white non sleeve holding plastic bag

being very rudely said directly to me

Iffah meet me at my house.

As she wanted to do some documentation.

So she came early.

After that we proceeded to Alif house.

That's our first house visit..

Upon reaching there, he told us that he does felt sleepy.

As he waited us for quite some time.

No one at home except Haikal ( Aliff s.Bro)

The others had gone out to visit my cousin at Hospital.

So we did make ourself home.

Our 2nd house was Iffah's.

Her mom cooked Nasi Briani.

Nice though I've eaten earlier on.

3rd house which is Atok's house.

We sat there for quite some time.

Its been a long time since I met him.

Usually my dad would brings my siblings and I to visit him.

Happy Advance Birthday to Rini Sulastri..

Yesterday, Yati, Miza & me plan to surprise her.

We old her to meet at Causeway point.

Just for a gathering as its been a long time since we last met.

But, she's not sure whether she's available for that night.

As her aunties & families coming to her house at night.

So, we thought that she's unable to make it.

Then we slack all time.

Suddenly, Rini sms us that she's able to make it.

We got ourself ready as fast as we could.

& manage to get there on time..

secondly..
i'm suppose to return the 3 library book tat dueing soon..
i went with my brother to return all the books..
then suddenly when i wanted to return...
i realise i had only 2 in hands..
but i remember i had 3..
suddenly 2..
huh? wat happen?
so then i thought i left it at home..
upon reaching home.. i look for it at my bed.. since i kept it there..
but i couldnt find it.. i even went out back to the route i go to the library to look for it..
but then its raining cats n dogs.. i manage to walk halfway..
den to my surprise..
yesterday i when to library to check how much is my fine..
upon i check my card.. there were none..
in my heart ' did i return the book?!!'
aiyo it was hell.. that was bad...
weird!!

this coming monday will be fadilah's birthday..
n i have yet get her present..

Yesterday, i bought a new pair of shoes.. I bought it at East Point, Pedal Works.. Thats' the only place that have my size.. Here are some of the pic i took..

Cinta itu HIDUP.

Cinta ibarat manusia, boleh berputik,

lalu mekar serta boleh layu dan gugur.

Cinta itu punya deria dan perasaan.

Cinta mendengar cinta,berkata cinta

dan melihat pun cinta..

Cinta adalah segala-galanya.

Sayang,benci,cemburu,gembira,

sedih,tenang,tertekan,ketawa

dan menangis.

Cinta itu hidup sampau satu ketika ia

akan menemui mati.

Tapi ramai org berharap agar cinta itu

kekal selagi mereka masih hidup dan

tetap hidup walaupun telah mati.

Sebagaimana yg byk dikatakan org,

cinta itu suci.

Sucinya cinta bukan bermakna ia

tidak mengharap balasan.

Cinta mengharap balasan cinta.

Suciny cinta bermakna ia tidak

bernoda dan tidak pula berdosa.

Itulah sifat asal cinta, ia suci

Cinta perlukan bukti.

Ramai org percaya bahawa bukti

cinta itu ialah mengorbankan atau

menyerahkan apa saja yg kekasih anda

mahu. Mereka percaya jika itu tidak

berlaku, maka cinta itu tidak tinggi

nilainya. Sebenarnya anggapan itu

tidak tepat. Jika anda beri semua yg

dia mahu, apakah yg tinggal pada anda?

Benarkah dia mencintai pada anda bila

dia mahu pengorbanan anda? Cinta

sejati tidak memusnahkan atau

merosakkan diri kekasih yg dicintai.

Malah ia menjaga agar kekasih tetap

Mungkin wanita tidak sedar wujud beberapa pantang yang mudah menjadi pemicu kemarahan golongan Cik Abang...

Lelaki "BINGIT" apabila wanita:

Ungkit kisah lama - Anda marah & kerana kemampuan wanita mengingati sesuatu peristiwa dgn terperinci, anda mengomel sambil mengungkit kisah 10 tahun lalu. TETAPI... Cik Abang bertanya: "AH? Apa kena mengenanya?"
Banyak soal - Wanita suka berdialog, umpamanya beliau ingin tahu di mana lelaki itu mkn tadi, dgn siapa & apa yg dibualkan TETAPI.. Lelaki salah fahan & menganggapnya seperti disoal inspektor polis.
Bersaing dengan dirinya - Beliau sdg bercerita dgn anda tentang perangai bos di tempat kerja. Bukannya beliau ingin anda mendgr keluhannya sebaliknya bercerita panjang lebar tentang diri sendiri. Lelaki menganggap anda sdg bersaing cerita dgnnya sdgkan apa yg beliau mahukan ialah utk anda mengatakan beliau betul & bosnya salah.
Perlakukan mereka bak anak kecil - Mereka tdk perlukan seorg lagi ibu utk memperbetulkan gaya, ckp & pakaian mereka, bertanya mengapa tgk melakukan begini & begitu.
Mengongkong - Bkn beliau tdk mempedulikan anda. Sebenarnya ramai lelaki perlukan ruang utk menyendiri. Mereka kdgkala perlu berinteraksi dgn kaum sejenis mengenai perkara-perkara yg hanya mereka fahami.
Menuduh - Wanita suka berbicara bak dirinyalah menjadi mangsa skali gus membuat lelaki berasa bersalah, Misalnya: >>Wanita:Baju Mana yg cantik, merah ke biru? >>Lelaki:Entah, suka hati awak. Dua-dua cantik. >>Wanita:Awak mmg tk ambil endah. Semua tk tau!!!
Cakap berputar belit - Cara perbualan, penyampaian & menceritakan sesuatu dgn amat terperinci & panjang lebar seolah-olah tiada penghujungnya membuat lelaki bosan kerana apabila berbual, lelaki lebih fokus.
Tidak tahu simpan rahsia - Mungkin wanita rasa tdk bersalah memberitahu teman bahawa suaminya berdengkur amat kuat & cerita begini menggelikan hati TETAPI.. Lelaki menganggapnya kesalahan besar..
Bertanya sayang ke tidak - Pertanyaan seperti, "Awak syg saya tk?" buat skali dua tdk mengapa TAPI kalau ditanya berulang kali boleh membuatnya bosan..
Kata "tak ada apa-apa' - Apabila anda mematikan diri & mengharap mereka 'membaca' fikiran anda, anda membuat mereka berasa keinginan utk menolong ditolak & akhirnya, mereka pun meradang. Tercetuslah perang sengit.

Dengan memahami 'pantang-larang' kaum lelaki,

perkara-perkara yang boleh membuat mereka bosan yang

selalunya mencetuskan peperangan boleh dielakkan..
